And we're off. The season has started and it's great to see everyone again. Our new Philo's Store is open and so far a big hit. Check out the new page with picture HERE.

We have also added free Salsa lessons on Tuesday night beginning at 8 pm. Come join in on the fun.

Achim and Allessandra (The Traveling Band), have been kicking but on Wednesday nights. What a great band. Stop by and check them out. Music starts at 8:30 pm.

Thanksgiving is next Thursday. Come join us for our Thanksgiving pot luck dinner. You bring a dish to serve 8 to 10 people and we furnish the Turkey. Starts around 4 o'clock with dinner around 5 pm. Come early and get a good seat. Lots of great music. 50 peso charge to help pay for the extra help.

For those of you who have signed up for the San Sebastian trip its time to get your money in. The San Sebastian trip takes place on Sunday the 6th of December and returns on Monday the 7th. San Sebastian is a 400 year old silver mining village, one hour and forty five minutes from Philo's, located in the mountains, at an elevation of 5,000 ft, For $800 pesos (about $60 usd), you get a room for the night, a delicious catered dinner, a party with Philo and the Mexican Shuffle Band and a continental breakfast the next day.

After the dinner and party we all move upstairs to the old bar and just outside the old bar we light a campfire and sing songs and drink Tequila. Following brunch the next day we head back home.

To watch a 5 min video on San Sebastian Del Oeste click on the YouTube Video pic on the left panel of this page. To check out pictures from our last two trips to San Sebastian click HERE and use the photo page menu on the right. Lots of pictures by different foks there.
